This 3+ bedroom getaway, with 3 full baths on Lewes Beach, is available for:
- Long weekends/short stays in the offseason (April & May or September)
- Relaxing weeks in-season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
- Memory Maker stays (October through March) - enjoy the holidays/special at the beach - Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, or Halloween

About the Owners - Karen & Rob Marsh
Our families have been vacationing on the East Coast for well over 40 years, and have especially enjoyed spending many summers in Lewes, Delaware. Karen & Rob purchased the Chillax Inn at Lewes Beach in December 2014 and had their first guests in 2015. Karen raised their three girls while they were growing up and has spent many of those years working within the disability community. Karen is currently employed with our local school district. Rob has worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years and is also a licensed realtor in Delaware. If he's not at work, he can be found helping make clients real estate dreams come true....or on the family boat, fishing, crabbing or tubing on the local waters.

We pride themselves in making our rental properties just like home. For our family of five, Lewes Beach has provided our children the opportunity to relax with their friends, while mom & dad don't have to incessantly worry about all the hustle and bustle of larger vacation spots. The kids also enjoy taking a trip to either Cape Henlopen or Rehoboth Beach, depending upon what suits their desires for the day.
